Acceptable Use Policy

EloLin is provided to help you sign in to EloLin products — nothing more. By using EloLin, you agree not to misuse the platform. This policy exists to keep the service fast, safe, and available for everyone.

1. Prohibited activities

You must not:

• Create accounts in bulk or automatically — using scripts, bots, or any automated means to register multiple accounts.
• Scrape or harvest data — extracting user data, session tokens, or API responses in ways not intended by the service.
• Attempt unauthorised access — probing, fuzzing, or exploiting vulnerabilities in EloLin's infrastructure or any connected product.
• Impersonate others — creating accounts or profiles designed to mislead others about your identity.
• Abuse OAuth flows — using the OAuth sign-in endpoints in ways that bypass intended authentication logic or that stress third-party providers.
• Distribute malicious content — using your profile or any EloLin-connected product to spread malware, phishing links, or illegal content.
• Violate applicable laws — using EloLin to facilitate any activity prohibited by local, national, or international law.
• Interfere with service availability — launching denial-of-service attacks or otherwise degrading the service for other users.

2. Responsible disclosure

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to security@elolin.com rather than exploiting it or disclosing it publicly before we have had a chance to address it. See our Security Policy for details.

3. Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is violating this policy, please report it to security@elolin.com. Include as much detail as possible so we can investigate promptly.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to take action including, but not limited to:

• Issuing a warning
• Suspending or permanently terminating your account
• Blocking access from associated IP ranges
• Reporting illegal activity to relevant authorities where required

Enforcement decisions are made at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to give prior notice before taking action in cases of serious or ongoing violations.

5. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of EloLin after an update constitutes acceptance.
